Terms of Service
These terms govern the use of Bizkita POS, a service of CV Mandiri Digital Integrasi ("Bizkita", "we"), by the businesses that use it ("merchants") and their users. By creating an account, paying for a plan or using the service, the merchant agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Definitions
- Service: the Bizkita POS app for Android, the servers for sync and reports, the monthly report email, and the checkout page on bizkita.com.
- Organisation: the merchant’s business account, holding one or more outlets.
- User: a person who signs in to the app as Owner, Admin, Staff or Cashier.
- Outlet employee: a person recorded on sales for commission, with or without a sign-in.
- Plan: Free, Standard, Premium, Ultra, Master or Master++, with the limits and features listed on bizkita.com.
2. The service
- The app runs on Android 8.0 or later and records sales, shifts, cash, stock and customers on the device first. Data is sent to the server every 15 minutes when there is a connection, after each sale, and when the connection returns.
- The first sign-in on a new device, the Reports dashboard and some settings — including tax rates, receipts, outlets, users, employees and membership — need internet.
- A device that has not reached the server for longer than the offline limit chosen by the owner or an admin (1, 3 or 7 days) must sign in online again before it can be used.
- Receipts print on Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printers with 58 mm or 80 mm paper. We do not guarantee every printer brand or model works; use the test page before selling with it.
- Available features depend on the organisation’s plan and the app version. Features that are not available yet are listed on bizkita.com.
3. Accounts and users
- The organisation and the owner account are set up by the Bizkita team. Owners and admins can add users and employees within the plan’s limits.
- The merchant is responsible for keeping passwords confidential, for every user it creates, and for the outlet access it grants. Every device in the organisation holds its customer, employee and user records, so only give access to people you trust.
- Deactivating a user stops them signing in again; a session already running on a device ends within 100 hours. If a device is lost or you suspect unauthorised access, contact us straight away.
- Use a screen lock on every device, because the app does not separately encrypt the data on it.
4. Plans and limits
- Limits on outlets, active users and active employees follow the plan and are enforced by the server. The number of devices per plan is recorded but not limited at present.
- Membership, data import and export, the monthly Excel report and multi-outlet depend on the plan. A plan change reaches devices at their next sync.
- Limits and features can be adjusted by written agreement.
5. Prices and payment
- Plans are priced per organisation, not per outlet or per cashier, and follow the price list on bizkita.com when the invoice is created, unless there is a written quote. The Master and Master++ plans are sold through the Bizkita team.
- The Standard, Premium and Ultra plans can be paid for 1 month or 12 months on the bizkita.com checkout page through Xendit (PT Sinar Digital Terdepan). An invoice is valid for 24 hours; an unpaid invoice expires.
- The Bizkita team activates the plan once payment is confirmed. The paid period runs from the day the plan is activated.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically. To continue, pay for the next period before the current one ends.
- Bizkita charges no fee on the merchant’s transaction value.
6. When a plan ends, and refunds
- If a paid period ends without payment for the next one, we may move the organisation to the Free plan. A plan change deletes no data, but the Free plan’s features and limits apply from then on.
- Payments for a period that has started are not refunded.
- If we cannot activate a plan that has been paid for, the payment is refunded in full in a way we agree with you.
7. Payments from the merchant’s customers
- Bizkita is a software provider, not a payment service provider, and never receives, holds or moves the funds of a merchant’s customers.
- QRIS codes in the app are built from the merchant’s own static QRIS sticker with the amount inserted. Money flows from the customer to the merchant’s account through the merchant’s QRIS provider.
- QRIS payments are confirmed by the cashier. The merchant is responsible for making sure the money has arrived before marking a sale as paid.
- Cards from an EDC terminal, e-wallets and e-commerce payments are only recorded in the app; Bizkita processes no money.
- A void cancels the whole sale, and a void of another user’s sale is rejected by the server at sync. Refunds to customers are handled by the merchant outside the app.
8. Data on devices and sync
- Sales that have not synced exist only on the device that recorded them. The merchant is responsible for looking after its devices, connecting them to the internet regularly, and not signing out or uninstalling while data is still waiting to send.
- Signing out, or signing in to another organisation, removes the organisation’s data from the device; unsent sales are removed too when you confirm the deletion or switch organisation.
- The server recalculates and checks every row it receives. Invalid rows are rejected, shown in the app, and recorded for review.
- A device whose app version is below the minimum the server sets cannot send data until the app is updated; its sales stay saved on the device.
9. The merchant’s data
- The business data a merchant records remains the merchant’s. We process it to provide the service, as the Privacy Policy describes.
- The merchant can export data to Excel from the app (Standard plan and up) and ask by email for a copy or for deletion.
- The merchant is the controller of its customers’ and employees’ data: it must have a lawful basis to record it, inform the people concerned and respond to their requests. Do not put specific personal data, such as health information or ID numbers, in notes fields.
10. Obligations and prohibited use
- Use the service only for lawful business, including holding any licence the goods or services you sell require.
- Keep the data entered accurate, including prices and tax rates. The business’s tax obligations remain the merchant’s responsibility.
- Do not try to access another organisation’s data, disrupt or unreasonably load the servers, reverse-engineer the app, or resell the service without written permission.
11. Availability and changes
- We work to keep the servers available but cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. While the server is unavailable or under maintenance, the app can still record sales and send them later.
- We may add, change or retire features, and may require an app update for a device to keep syncing.
12. Suspension and closure
- We may suspend or end the service for an organisation that breaches these terms, misuses the service or does not pay an agreed invoice, with notice beforehand where possible. Suspension deletes no data.
- The merchant may ask to close its account at any time by email. Export anything you want to keep before closure; deletion follows the Privacy Policy.
13. Intellectual property
The app, the website, the Bizkita brand and its documentation belong to CV Mandiri Digital Integrasi. While using the service, the merchant has a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it to run its own business.
14. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, input errors, payments confirmed without the money having arrived, or unsynced data lost when a device is damaged, lost, reset or signed out. Our total liability is limited to the service fees the merchant paid in the three months before the event.
15. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We announce material changes by email or on this site before they take effect; continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably and, failing that, through the competent courts of Indonesia.
