The shelves don’t match the stock records.
Every sale reduces stock and every adjustment carries a reason. The latest movements show on each product and the full history exports to Excel — so differences can be traced.
Retail shops
From corner shops to household stores: find items by name or code, stock moves with every sale, cost prices show the margin, and the till keeps working when the internet is down.

Toko Sumber Rezeki's till — a fictional business in the demo.
Everyday problems
A busy shop is good news, as long as the records keep up.

Every sale reduces stock and every adjustment carries a reason. The latest movements show on each product and the full history exports to Excel — so differences can be traced.
Import products, categories and customers from a CSV file. You choose how to handle existing rows and see a preview before anything is saved.
Reports show best sellers, daily revenue and gross profit from cost prices for any date range you pick.
Sales are saved on the device first and sent to the server as soon as there is a connection. Numbered receipts still print and the queue keeps moving.
The features you use
All in one point of sale. Features that need a particular plan are marked.
A low-stock marker at 5 units or fewer, adjustments with a reason and a record of every stock movement. Choose whether an item may still sell at zero stock.

Interactive demo
A fictional shop with groceries, household goods and stationery, with stock and 30 days of history. Sell a few items, then open Produk › Inventaris to see what is running low.
Every business, customer and sale in this demo is fictional. The QRIS code is built from a sample sticker and deliberately covered so it cannot be scanned or paid. The demo runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.
How it runs

Import from CSV or add products with barcode/SKU, category, price and cost price.
The cashier opens a shift with a float; every sale belongs to it.
Find items by name or code, apply a voucher, then take cash, QRIS or other non-cash payment.
Do the blind count, then check best sellers, gross profit and items running low.
Before you choose
So you can decide with the full picture, this is what version 1.0 does not do for retail:

An Android 8.0+ tablet or phone. For receipts, a Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printer on 58 mm or 80 mm paper. There is no iPhone or iPad app yet.
Sales, shifts, cash, stock and customer records are saved on the device first and sent automatically every 15 minutes, after each sale and as soon as the connection returns. What still needs internet: the first sign-in on a new device, the Reports dashboard and saving some settings.
