Bizkita POS for Android
Bizkita POS is built for warungs and retail shops, pharmacies, coffee bars, barbershops, laundries and spas. Every sale, shift and stock movement is saved on the tablet first and sent to the server as soon as there is signal — the queue never waits for Wi-Fi.
Built and run in Bandung by CV Mandiri Digital Integrasi.
Who it's for
One point of sale, set up the way you sell — stocked goods, services with no stock, or both. Every kind of business below has a sample you can try.
Find items by name or code, stock moves with every sale, and anything running low stands out.
Order types like dine-in or delivery, tax and service charge per outlet, and points for regulars.
Services with no stock, commission per employee per service, and points per visit. Each branch can price differently.
Customers known by phone number, per-kilo and per-piece prices, express add-ons, and points on every spend.
Stock per outlet with a low-stock marker, cost prices and margins, catalogue import from CSV, plus members and points.
Treatment menus without stock, commission per therapist per treatment, points per visit, and service charge set per outlet.
Interactive demo
A replica of Bizkita POS on a tablet, loaded with a sample day of trading: products, an open shift, 30 days of history and reports. Every total uses exactly the same arithmetic as the app.
Every business, customer and sale in this demo is fictional. The QRIS code is built from a sample sticker and deliberately covered so it cannot be scanned or paid. The demo runs entirely in your browser — nothing is sent anywhere.
Offline-first
Many POS apps need a server to record a sale. Bizkita POS turns that around: the tablet records first and the server catches up. Here is a day at Kopi Teras, the demo café:
07:48Online
The shift opens with a Rp 300,000 cash float.
10:12Offline
The Wi-Fi drops. The app switches to Offline.
10:15Offline
Cash and QRIS sales are still recorded and numbered receipts still print. The queue count grows in the corner.
11:02Synced
The connection returns. The queue is sent straight away and checked again by the server.
22:05Synced
The shift closes with a blind cash count — the drawer matches the system.
Sales, shifts, cash, stock and customers are written to a database on the tablet. Sync runs every 15 minutes, straight after each sale, and the moment the connection returns.
Receipt numbers are made on the tablet and carry a device code, e.g. TRX-260914-3F9C-0042. Customers hold a numbered receipt before the server knows, and two tablets never issue the same number.
The server recomputes every total and checks shifts, outlet access, vouchers and points. If something is off, only that row is held back and explained — every other sale still lands.
Anyone who has signed in on that tablet before can sign in again offline, within the offline limit the owner picks: daily, 3 days or 7 days.
The first sign-in on a new tablet, the Reports dashboard (summed on the server across devices), and saving some settings such as membership and receipt design.

Payments & hardware
Quick-amount and exact-cash buttons, with change or shortfall worked out for you.
The QRIS code is made from your outlet's sticker with the amount already filled in, so the customer just scans. Works offline; the cashier confirms by checking the customer's payment screen.
Record e-wallets, debit or credit cards from your EDC machine, and e-commerce by brand, so the payments report stays tidy.
Split one bill between cash and QRIS, including across several payers.
QRIS money goes straight to your account. Payments flow from the customer to your account through your own QRIS provider. Bizkita is a software provider — it never holds funds and takes no cut of transaction value. Any MDR your QRIS provider charges still applies.
Android tablet or phone
Android 8.0 or later. Tablets get a side menu and product grid; phones get a compact layout.
Bluetooth thermal printer
ESC/POS printers on 58 mm (32 columns) or 80 mm (48 columns) paper, with your logo on the receipt.
Cash drawer
A drawer wired to the printer is set up in printer settings (pin 2 or pin 5), with a test-open button. It does not yet open automatically at a sale.
Tablet camera
Used to scan the outlet's QRIS sticker during setup.

Prices are per business, up to the plan’s outlet limit. "From" is the yearly price divided by 12 months, rounded up to the next thousand; paying monthly is available at checkout. Payments are processed by Xendit, then the Bizkita team activates the plan; limits and features can be adjusted. Bizkita takes no fee on your transaction value.
Getting started
Pay for a plan right here on the site, or message us on WhatsApp or through the form below — we help you pick a plan and hardware.
The Bizkita team creates your organisation, first outlet and owner account.
Sign in as the owner, add products or import them from CSV, scan your QRIS sticker, pair the printer, then create cashier accounts.
Enter the cash float and serve your first customer — signal or no signal.
Data & security
The app and the server compute totals by exactly the same rules. Stock and points are derived from movement records, not a number that can be overwritten.
Tax rates, commission and points are frozen onto every sale. Changing a setting never rewrites past reports.
Owners, Admins, Staff and Cashiers only see the menus and outlets they are allowed; the server re-checks every row it receives.
Connections to the server use HTTPS. The sign-in session is stored encrypted on the tablet, and passwords are stored hashed.
Export products, customers, sales, stock movements and shifts to Excel at any time — even offline.
Bizkita never asks for or stores ID card numbers. The app uses no analytics, ads or location data — apart from Bizkita’s server, the tablet only sends crash reports to Firebase Crashlytics.
FAQ
Straight answers — including what it can't do yet.
Yes. Sales, shifts, cash, stock and customer records are saved on the tablet and sent to the server when there is a connection — automatically every 15 minutes, straight after each sale, and as soon as the connection returns. What still needs internet: the first sign-in on a new tablet, the Reports dashboard, and saving some settings. Anyone who has signed in on that tablet before can sign in offline within the limit the owner sets: daily, 3 days or 7 days.
An Android 8.0+ tablet or phone. For receipts, a Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printer on 58 mm or 80 mm paper. There is no iPhone or iPad app yet.
Scan your outlet's QRIS sticker once in Kelola Toko › Daftar Outlet. When a customer pays, the app makes a QRIS code with the amount already filled in, so they just scan. Money goes straight to your account through your QRIS provider — Bizkita never holds funds. The cashier confirms by checking the customer's phone, then taps Sudah Bayar. Automatic confirmation through a payment gateway is not in version 1.0.
Yes, from the Premium plan (up to 5 outlets), Ultra (10) and Master (50). Each outlet has its own prices, stock, tax and QRIS sticker. Owners and admins can switch outlets; staff and cashiers work at the outlets they are given.
Yes. Save the spreadsheet as CSV, then import products, customers or categories in Kelola Toko › Impor. You choose how to handle rows that already exist and see a preview before anything is saved. Sales history and point balances cannot be imported.
Anything already synced is safe on the server: sign in on a new tablet and it comes back. Sales that had not been sent yet exist only on the old tablet — which is why the app always shows how much is waiting to send, and syncs whenever there's a connection.
Automatic QRIS confirmation through a payment gateway, scanning barcodes straight into the cart, digital receipts by WhatsApp or email, stock-taking, product variants and modifiers, GoFood/GrabFood/Shopee integration, kitchen and table views, and an iOS app. We list them plainly so you can decide with the full picture.
The Free plan costs nothing for one outlet and one account. Paid plans: Standard from Rp 67.000/month (Rp 799.000 a year, 1 outlet); Premium from Rp 200.000/month (Rp 2.399.000 a year, 5 outlets); Ultra from Rp 334.000/month (Rp 3.999.000 a year, 10 outlets). The "from" price is based on paying yearly; paying monthly can also be chosen at checkout. For Master and Master++, pricing comes straight from our team. Prices are per business, not per outlet or per cashier, and Bizkita takes no fee on transaction value.
Choose a plan under Plans & pricing, enter your business details, then pay on Xendit's page — for example by bank virtual account, QRIS or e-wallet, depending on the methods available. Once the payment is confirmed, the Bizkita team activates the plan on your account, or sets one up if you don't have one yet. Subscriptions don't renew automatically.
Bizkita is built and run by CV Mandiri Digital Integrasi, a registered Indonesian partnership (CV) in Bandung, West Java. All of its code is developed in-house.
